Technician messed up the drip plug when I took my truck for an oil change. Once I took it in to another place and they analyzed what happened they mentioned they had tightened too much the plug which cause for an oil change. I called to follow up and complain and Rafael Ramirez was very rude two weeks later no one has followed up! I always take my truck to have its service there and last visit was November this was not normal wear and tear like they told me!! Be careful! More
