The service and sales reps here are great, but the management is not. The sale of my used car was shady. Critical information that should have easily shown up on a basic inspection was not presented t management is not. The sale of my used car was shady. After a week of negotiating, and not having a car while they made a repair that they were insisting I pay for myself, the sales manager finally agreed to pay for part of the repair, but not fix the entire problem. I feel this was a mistake because instead of leaving me a happy customer by doing what was the right thing to do, I am instead left unsatisfied, and do not trust them. I have no confidence that my car was ever checked out before they sold it to me and I have had several other issues arise during the last few weeks after they made it very clear that I purchased the car “As is” and therefore they were not responsible. These issues could not have been easily missed, which is why I feel it was a shady sale. If you are going to sell a car ‘as is’ at a reputable business, you should make the customer aware of what is wrong with the car before they agree to purchase it, otherwise it feels dishonest, like things are being intentionally covered up, or the alternative, that they are not even performing a basic inspection before selling a car at a “reputable dealership”. I was not purchasing a car off of craigslist, I chose their dealership for a reason. In the future I will not be so trusting. More
