Awesome service by salesman Kris who offered to pick me up from the airport as well as even showed me the car in detail before I even got there! Fernando in finance was great as well, super down to earth a up from the airport as well as even showed me the car in detail before I even got there! Fernando in finance was great as well, super down to earth and never pushy! I appreciate the ease and good work they all did for me in this sale More
My wife took her Silverado for an oil change and the tech slashed the passenger tire. The service rep Frankie mentioned they would replace the tire and also provide a complementary alignment, which he later slashed the passenger tire. The service rep Frankie mentioned they would replace the tire and also provide a complementary alignment, which he later called back to say that was off the table. At the end of the service he mentioned the truck would stay the rest of the day and will need to be picked up the following day. He provided a Lyft for my wife but he sent her to Eastlake instead of our home in National City. All around bad customer service. I purchased two vehicles from here and will never be returning for a sale or service. More
If there were negative ratings they would get it. To summarize we went to collect a Corvette Stingray as an engagement surprise for my girlfriend, instead it turned into an engagement nightmare. Th To summarize we went to collect a Corvette Stingray as an engagement surprise for my girlfriend, instead it turned into an engagement nightmare. The prior arranged surprise was for a full 160 point inspected, detailed car with a full tank of gas. None of the above was done and the surprise was completely ruined as the battery was dead and had to be jump started!! Four and a half hours later we left in the dark, the salesman had no clue about the car so we’re just basically given the key fob and waved goodbye. We had to pull over on the freeway in the dark as we had no idea where all the controls were and for what. The engagement celebration was a bust, we left at 9.30pm. The plan was to get the Vet, stop at a very good steak restaurant and then straight to Vegas. Instead all we got was completely stressed out, very angry and got back to the condo at 0.30 exhausted. The best the GM could do to make up for ruining our engagement was a $250 car cover for $100,000 Corvette. More
