On 7/6/2022 I had a 2:00 pm appointment for an oil change . At 4:00 PM I checked on my vehicle to see if it was ready. They had not done nothing to it . Service advisor and mechanic did a very good job. Quality of repair was very good. Dealer practice of taking in my vehicle in 7AM Monday and not beginning service until Thursday is unacceptable. Why accept a vehicle for service when it is known that you won’t get to it for three days. This practice needlessly clogs your service lot with vehicles and inconveniences your customers. Makes no sense to me. I will search for an alternative dealer that doesn’t do this to their customers. More
