They will hide unnecessary items and charge you for them. A line by line breakdown will show you the actual cost of the vehicle and options you are paying for. Know the tricks of the trade. There was a $1,000 GPS "vehicle recovery" initially added but not visible in the pricing until I requested the line item breakdown, This was on a vehicle that had OnStar. All together it added up to $2,000 of items listed in the fine print I had removed. According to the fine print: "All New and Used cars purchased from Courtesy Chevrolet have lifetime free refills of nitrogen for $199, 3M door and cargo guards for $399, SWAT Vehicle Recovery for $995, and lifetime replacement of window tint for $595.00" $200 to inflate the tires? America's Tires does it for free. Nitrogen, ok, not worth $200 though. I had to fill up three of the tires after purchase. Go figure. If you're out of state and asking about the condition of the vehicle, ask more than three times. They told me several times, and even during a blurry FaceTime vehicle review, that there were no dents or any issues. However after stating for the umpteenth time that I am flying out and that I don't want any surprises they magically discovered some dents and scratches. They missed these items because "we didn't see them due to the shadows and the vehicle was parked so close to another." I guess they didn't do a proper GMC certified inspection beforehand. Still when I got there I found: a missing hubcap, stains on the headliner, missing cover in the engine compartment, and a few more items not disclosed. This is on a certified pre-owned. Financing: Be extra careful with them. Adolpho, was rude and arrogant. He was especially disparaging. He got angry that I didn't want all of the add on packages he tried to shuffle to me, of course presented in the "monthly payment" form. No I don't want GAP or any of the unnecessary. Interest rates are lower than inflation. Keep your cash and invest. He didn't like that I was reading the paperwork and contracts on a 60K purchase. You would expect a financing agent to understand fiscal responsibility. He advised me multiple times that I was making a mistake by not purchasing an extended warranty on a certified pre-owned vehicle. His reasoning was that all of the vehicles break down... Way to stand by your product. Keep in mind that the cert. pre-owned has a 1 year complete warranty with a 6 year powertrain. Do your due diligence and you may get what you want. But you'll have your work cut out for you. Two stars only because John Boyer was a cool salesperson. -Rich More

My mother and I where at Cadillac dealership across the freeway and we were never greeted and waited almost 20 min for service so we left to Courtesy Chevrolet and I am so thankful that we did! Thank you again for making this an incredible experience for both my mother and I! My brother actually went in a week later and bought his truck there as well! Great Job! Huge shout out to Zach at the service department as well! Very welcoming and explained everything that would be getting done to my moms brand new car! Definitely coming back to Courtesy Chevrolet!
