The service representative, Tim Jackson, is always awaiting our arrival. He is ready with a hearty welcome and great smile. He is focused on the task at hand, and confirms the service that needs done. He provides for our comfort in the lounge with drink coupons and a promise that he will check in with us. He lets us know of any necessary service and the cost for that. He also makes sure we are comfortable. We are able to use our computer during the wait. Tim checks on us often. When service is completed, the car is washed, and Tim tells of the total. It is always more reasonable than expected. This has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. More
