No follow up. much appreciated. I would bet that you would be extremely upset if the same thing occurred to you. Personally, I would have not allowed the customer to have left the lot with a damaged vehicle; I would have put them in a loaner same day and only had it returned once the owners vehicle was restored to the same condition it was brought in as and trusted to remain in. Wouldn't allow you to fix my car at this point, evidently I was a burden, therefore, I would expect my truck to be treated the same if left with associates of this dealership. More

Service Department - 2016 Silverado I purchased my vehicle through courtesy Chevrolet and been through so many different service providers due to the fact that I have not received consis I purchased my vehicle through courtesy Chevrolet and been through so many different service providers due to the fact that I have not received consistent service. I have had some problems with the transmission a year after purchasing the vehicle and that was all rectified was worried that the transmission may have been a recall the service manager took care of my concerns with the recent providers I had and I was assigned Karen Buelow who took care of all my needs. What I do wish is that courtesy service should have looked at my vehicle history and realized that since my vehicle had more than 30,000 miles that I should of been offered to the opportunity to have all the required services done. Looking at my vehicle history since I purchased the truck a 15,000 mile or 30,000 mile maintenance service has not even been done on the vehicle and I have been bringing the truck in every 4000 for service. The only thing I had done was cabin filter change I think the service department needs to follow the mileage services requirements on any vehicle purchased through the store that is brought in for service. However, considering Karen was recently assigned to me as a provider it was probably an error that my vehicle's maintenance history was not followed through correctly. When I came in Saturday to do an oil change after a long trip, I spoke with victor who actually determined there were a lot of missed maintenance service requirements that were really necessary: i.e 30000 mile service brake fluid service, balance tires rotate, alignment, transmission fluid exchange, and fuel injector maintenance cleaning which should of been done when I had 15000 miles on the truck but it wasn't offered by the service provider before Karen took over my service maintenance. More
