Awesome Experience from buying to service I live in Florence Arizona. I found a car that I wanted a Courtesy Chevrolet and took the time to drive over 60 miles to get there. I purchased the car a Chevy Cruze that was used for a fair price and everybody treated me respectfully more than you typically would expect from a car dealership. However I took the car in for a service today, which is about two months after the sale, and everybody was extremely friendly. However I needed to have a shuttle pick me up from my office. Delaney pick me up from the office and was extremely professional friendly and Interactive the entire 25 minute ride back to the dealership. He called me to let me know he was on his way, called me again to let me know he was there and was highly professional the entire time. This kid is awesome! If Courtesy Chevrolet continues to put their best person forward, as they did in this case, I can see them easily being the number one dealership in the nation! Keep up the good work guys and give Delaney a raise! More

The symptoms were messages on the message center pointing to power steering problems, air bag needing servicing, and tire monitor needing services. The solution after pretty thorough check was replacing the battery. Tim is the greatest. He took my car in on a day without an appointment, that was loaded with others who had made appointments. He fit me in, got the job done, had me driven home and then back when the repairs were finished. He is such a great asset to Courtesy Chevrolet, has great people skills, and knows the product. Great help like an anesthesiologist. More

After that experience I was determined to never buy from a dealer again. Since then I have had a few issues with the vehicle, and I did buy an extended warranty, AND IT HAS COME IN HANDY!!! What has comoletely changed my mind about Courtesy Chevrolet are the superb customer service representatives that on very short notice helped me get my car into ths shop, and provided me with a loaner vehicle so my wife could get around while I was deployed (until the vehicle was repaired). Christian Bazan in particular stood out and helped me to have a fantastic experience. His customer service alone made me comoletely change my mind about Courtesy Chevrolet and dealerships in general. They always give me a shuttle ride to work and back while they service my truck that I bought there in 2008. The drivers are always so nice and friendly, and are good drivers, too. One thing that sets this dealership apart from others is their appreciation of Veterans. Their complementary service for veterans is wonderful. It is so nice to be appreciated. The complementary car wash is nice, too. I had it washed two days ago but some rain and dust destroyed the clean truck. Courtesy made it shine again. Tim Jackson is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. I hope he is around forever. I trust him implicitly to give me the straight scoop about my vehicle and what it needs. More
