Always, even after all this time, he's still so nice Before meeting Mr. Jackson I went through a bunch of random service advisors and they were usually gone by the next time I went to the service center. Before meeting Mr. Jackson I went through a bunch of random service advisors and they were usually gone by the next time I went to the service center. However, somehow I ended up being Mr. Jackson's customer a couple of years ago. I am glad about that. He always remembers me. He's always accommodating. He's honest and upfront about problems with my car, maintenance I need, and when I tell him I can only afford a certain quantity of elective maintenance, he identifies the most critical items. Now I just say yes to whatever he suggests. I know, as a consumer, I am supposed to be more thoughtful about my purchases than that, but at this point I trust Tim. There are very few people like him left in the world, in my experience. Everyone else at Courtesy is very nice to me. I have no complaints about anyone else in the service department... but Tim is top notch. More

So many cars but I was out within one day! Tim Jackson is one "cool guy"! It has been hotter than Hades in Phoenix, and I had never seen so many cars--ever, yet Tim is there with a smile, and Tim Jackson is one "cool guy"! The first time, one of our cars was towed into the dealership due to the battery being dead. This time, we needed an alignment after getting new tires, and again Tim worked us right into the schedule. I'd had to choose a new service adviser a month or so ago due to our previous (also excellent) adviser retiring. I checked these reviews and Tim had tons of 5-star reviews, plus somebody called him "Uncle Tim" in their review and that's all I needed to know! Tim is indeed like a really nice uncle+excellent service adviser -- super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. You definitely can't go wrong if you choose Tim!
