Tremendous service I just needed a recall service done but everyone there was ready and willing to help and make sure I was getting everything I needed. Got free drinks while I was waiting which is also a plus. :) Also really love the design of the place and that they've kept up the vintage sign out front. Towed our car 20 extra miles to get service at Courtesy Chev I live in the east valley and when my wife's '08 Malibu with 37k broke down I called a dealership 6 miles away. When I finally got through to the not so super service department, they were so negative and condescending I knew I didn't want to take our vehicle there... I was referred by a great friend to Tim Jackson at Courtesy, and it was the best experience I've had in soo long from a dealership. I'd pretty much given up on dealer service after some really bad experiences in Tempe and Mesa - Tim gave me back my confidence of the way dealer service should be, and used to be.... Communication was wonderful, I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I was given some well thought out options on what I could do to better protect and preserve my vehicle now and in the future. A shuttle picked me up in the far east valley to get my car... Best of all I was treated like a person.. Courtesy Chevrolet is out of our way, but definitely worth the trip for a service advisor and department we can trust. Thanks Tim & Team !! More

Courtesy Chevrolet really lives up to there name! I brought my chevy cruze in for an oil change. Larry came out and greeted me by name. And right away He got started with examining the vehicle getti I brought my chevy cruze in for an oil change. Larry came out and greeted me by name. And right away He got started with examining the vehicle getting it prepared for the car to get serviced. Noticed my windshield wipers were woreout. and asked if I would like them replaced.? I of course said yes. He then Offered me a complimentary coupon for a soft drink beverage to have while I wait for my car to be serviced in there air condition waitingroom. After awhile he came and checked with me to give me an update on my vehicle. He said the mechanic noticed that my wheels were out of alignment. and they are at a safty hazard. They need to be realigned to become road safe again. I again gave permission to do so. All though all of this took sometime. I knew my car would be in great condition once they were through. I am over all pleased with the work they have done. Thank you Larry and everyone else who serviced my car to keep me safe! :) More

30,000 mileage pre maintenance I dropped off my car around 0645, it was ready way before the time that was given to me.
