Towed our car 20 extra miles to get service at Courtesy Chev I live in the east valley and when my wife's '08 Malibu with 37k broke down I called a dealership 6 miles away. When I finally got through to the not so super service department, they were so negative and condescending I knew I didn't want to take our vehicle there... I was referred by a great friend to Tim Jackson at Courtesy, and it was the best experience I've had in soo long from a dealership. I'd pretty much given up on dealer service after some really bad experiences in Tempe and Mesa - Tim gave me back my confidence of the way dealer service should be, and used to be.... Communication was wonderful, I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I was given some well thought out options on what I could do to better protect and preserve my vehicle now and in the future. A shuttle picked me up in the far east valley to get my car... Best of all I was treated like a person.. Courtesy Chevrolet is out of our way, but definitely worth the trip for a service advisor and department we can trust. Thanks Tim & Team !! More
