Awesome Customer Service. Today was my first time into Courtesy Chevrolet and I had the best experience. A couple days prior to me visiting Courtesy Chevy my passenger window o Today was my first time into Courtesy Chevrolet and I had the best experience. A couple days prior to me visiting Courtesy Chevy my passenger window on the left side of my truck would not role up. I wasn't sure where I should take my truck or who I should call to get it fixed. I decided it would be best to call Nathan Rotolante who previously sold me the truck 3 years ago. He told me to bring it on in to Courtesy Chevrolet and would help me get taken care of. I was so grateful! When I pulled up to the service station I asked to speak with Tim Jackson who Nathan referred me to. Wow. I can't explain how awesome Mr. Jackson was. Not only did he help me get my window fixed but he also got me the oil change I so badly needed it, had my tires rotated, and my truck washed. I have to say I've never dealt with someone in a service department that was so on the ball, helpful, and kind. While my son and I sat in the cafe while my truck was being serviced he kept stopping by to explain to me where my truck was in the process and check on us to see if we were doing good. I was blown away by his amazing customer service. I have to say that from this day forward I will be taking my car to Tim Jackson for all my service jobs and issues. I will also be telling all my friends and family members that Tim is the man to see! I am so grateful I called Nathan Rotolante and he was able to help! Nathan also visited my son and me in the cafe to see how we were and discussed the new vehicles that have come out. He has me sold on getting the new Chevy Colorado! Drop my car @ 6:30 am and before 7 am a shuttle driver took me to work. By 8:46 got a message my car was done. I couldn't leave the office yet but shuttle came & pick me up @ 4 and the reception I had at the Cashier area was great and Curt Petri came and explain all the request that I asked. I forgot both morning and afternoon shuttle drivers were great too. Want to say thank you to all for making my day a great one and not to have to worry about getting me to work and picking me up and having my car completed and ready for me. More
