Service/Cashier/Shuttle Driver (Great customer Service) When I made my call to make a reservation for my service of my 2012 Malibu, Curt Petri made my appointment and I told them that I had to have a ride t When I made my call to make a reservation for my service of my 2012 Malibu, Curt Petri made my appointment and I told them that I had to have a ride to work and before 7:30am for I had a meeting. Drop my car @ 6:30 am and before 7 am a shuttle driver took me to work. By 8:46 got a message my car was done. I couldn't leave the office yet but shuttle came & pick me up @ 4 and the reception I had at the Cashier area was great and Curt Petri came and explain all the request that I asked. I forgot both morning and afternoon shuttle drivers were great too. Want to say thank you to all for making my day a great one and not to have to worry about getting me to work and picking me up and having my car completed and ready for me. More

Dropped my car off in the morning and Larry was great with answering my calls and keeping me updated on my cars progress etc. Turns out I had two cracks in my dashboard and some of the more simple interior things I wanted fixed were more expensive than originally planned. Larry wasn't pushy at all, especially on the dash a $900 fix. I opted out of getting the dash fixed right away and Larry told me when I checked out to give him a call whenever I wanted to get it fixed and he is sure he could find some wiggle room on the price which I appreciated. Highly recommended service center and service advisor. More
