Fast and painless I took my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to drop it off, take the shuttle to work, get picked up by the shuttle when it wa I took my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. Excellent Service I am very appreciative of the service Larry Shuler when he learned that I had to have my vehicle towed to Courtesy a third time for a no start issue. I am very appreciative of the service Larry Shuler when he learned that I had to have my vehicle towed to Courtesy a third time for a no start issue. Remediation was Larry’s goal because no service advisor wants to see a customer return for the same repair. Keeping my sense of humor my next request because of the repeat returns to Courtesy… just paint one of the servicer bay’s purple my favor color. Larry’s went over the plan of action. Made sure I had transportation for the work and got the ball rolling trouble shooting the issue. It was comforting to know that Larry’s goal was to make sure that the vehicle would one safe to drive and most importantly start! I know every effort was being explored to correct the problem. Larry didn’t mind my messages left asking about the car! He always returned my calls and kept focused on resolving the issue. He knew I was anxious to have my car back!
