Service Visit I visited Courtesy Chevrolet on July 3rd to have a recall item on my 2008 GMC Yukon taken care of. I have been using this dealership to service my vehicles for 15+ years. My long time service adviser Tim Jackson is kind and courteous and always explains what will be happening with my vehicle. He asks up front whether I will be waiting or need a ride some place and schedules the vehicle accordingly, I am always offered a car wash free of charge. At the conclusion of every visit vehicle maintenance items are brought to my attention, however there is not undue pressure applied to convince me to agree to the service. I like this! I really like going to this dealership for service. The employees are all very nice and helpful. You can tell that this is a family-owned business that cares about extending superior customer service. The waiting area is comfortable with computers for internet access, comfortable chairs, two televisions and a cafe with great food and drink options. More
