He made excellent suggestions for other services needed (part of 60,000 mile services) and collaborated with me on getting that done as well. I developed a cracked windshield on my way home and he then proceeded to set that up along with my insurance and a mobile glass repair. My highest recommendation for communication, follow-up and collaborating with me for the best service and use of time and money. More

After he and I checked out the car he handed me a coupon for a free drink while I waited. Service was done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. Afterwards Larry came out to greet me again to thank me for coming in and to give me his business card in case I needed anything in the future.
