He helped with explaining the service needs of my vehicle and what needed to be done, and what could be completed later. The service writers do a complete walk around with the owner of the vehicle to see what damage if any, there is before the vehicle moves off the service drive. The last dealership I used in OK did not do this, so it was a pleasant surprise that this was done. When I received the car back, Larry was sure to see me off, and thanked me for the visit. I will be back to this dealership in the future for all of the work. More
OUTSTANDING AND AWESOME UPON ARRIVAL I WAS GREETED IMMEDIATELY WITH A WARM SMILE AND FRIENDLY "HELLO" FROM CURT PETRI. THIS WAS A SCHEDULED REGULAR OIL CHANGE HOWEVER I MENT UPON ARRIVAL I WAS GREETED IMMEDIATELY WITH A WARM SMILE AND FRIENDLY "HELLO" FROM CURT PETRI. THIS WAS A SCHEDULED REGULAR OIL CHANGE HOWEVER I MENTIONED TO CURT ABOUT THE CHIPS IN MY WINDSHIELD AND HE IMMEDIATELY INDICATED THAT WHILE THE CAR WAS THERE FOR THE OIL CHANGE THAT HE COULD GET THE WINDSHIELD REPLACED AT THE SAME TIME ALL HE NEEDED WAS MY INSURANCE INFORMATION AND TO KNOW IF I HAD GLASS COVERAGE. I PROVIDED HIM WITH MY INSURANCE INFORMATION AND ADVISED HIM THAT I HAD TOTAL GLASS COVERAGE. HE HANDLED EVERYTHING WONDERFULLY FROM THAT POINT ON. CURT ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE AUTO GLASS COMPANY THAT COURTESY USED AND IT WOULD BE A FEW QUESTIONS AND HE WOULD HANDLE THE REST. CURT HAD ALSO SCHEDULED ME A LOANER CAR SINCE I WOULD NEED TO LEAVE THE VEHICLE OVERNIGHT. AS PROMISED MY OIL CHANGE AND WINDSHIELD WERE REPLACE BY THE TIME I FINISHED WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY. IT IS SUCH A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A SERVICE ADVISOR WHO IS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST AND FRIENDLY. Actually, we feel that every employee we have ever dealt with at this dealership has treated us with stellar customer service, but these two gentlemen deserve special shout outs - truly. We recently had occasion to take my husband's Dodge to his dealership and while we were taken care of to our satisfaction, there is just no comparison to the way we are treated at Courtesy Chevrolet. We personally have had various dealings with Tim Jackson (NOT due to faulty products!) and the man just knows how to get things done while treating you with the utmost respect, and just goes the extra mile EVERY time. That fact coupled with the state of my budget, made my trip to Courtesy Chevrolet a journey of trepidation and fear. As soon as I drove in to the service area and stepped out of my car, I had one of those coveted "everything is going to be all right moments." That's because Curt Petri walked out and just took care of the situation. COMFORTING is the best word I could use to describe this amazing man. He was kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, dependable and followed through on everything he said he could make happen. I even got an exquisite loaner car. Curt contacted me every step of the way and even let me know that the Courtesy website offered coupons and I could print out the one that was relevant to my situation. Upon paying my bill, I brought the wrong coupon...but he gave me a discount anyway. Each person I had contact with at Courtesy through the entire process was professional and courteous. As a female and semi-retired, it was so nice to be treated with such respect. Needless to say, because of Curt Petri, I will ALWAYS return for future service or to purchase a new car.
