Because I had a bad experience years ago at this site after my favorite advisor changed locations, I went online to check reviews and found that 2 adv Because I had a bad experience years ago at this site after my favorite advisor changed locations, I went online to check reviews and found that 2 advisors were consistently at the top....Larry Shuler and Tim Jackson. So when I arrived, very nervous about a possibly expensive repair, I asked for Larry. Not only did he greet me professionally, but he continually kept me in the loop about the progress. The lot was packed, so I knew it could take a while. But I was not forgotten. Repeatedly, both Larry and Tim (I watched his activity as well in light of his excellent reviews) were darting around insuring their customers were well taken care of, completely informed of progress, prognosis and the outcome each could expect. Most people do not realize that being at a dealership service center in these tight times, is tantamount to being in a doctors' office waiting for bad news! Though my repair turned out to be covered by warranty, I still could have faced other fees. But Larry acknowledged the time it took to get a solid answer due to the many cars on site that day, and waived that fee. He showed that he knew my time was valuable....something not even doctors do! It literally brought me to tears. Something else that should be noted...though you have a specific service advisor, everyone carries the ball in customer service. I can't remember how many times others asked if I needed anything while waiting - Tim on several occasions, even taking a moment to chat. I will definitely remember this experience with nothing but gratitude and a special appreciation for Larry Shuler. More
