I wanted some maintenance done on my car, as the brakes were making weird noises and it's been a while. Curtis was thorough and direct, rating what needed to be fixed or not fixed by red, yellow green system. This made it easy to decide and I wasn't pressured to do anything. I thought my car would take a couple days to fix, but it was done by the end of the day, and was extremely affordable. More

Prompt, Friendly service I just recently purchased my GMC from courtesy Chevy. I had a problem with my battery and went in for help. Forever Family Here I moved to the Phoenix area at the end of 2014. I have taken my cars to the same dealership since I was 16, so I have always been treated as family. I am happy to report that Courtesy Chevrolet made me feel at home and part of their family. Curt took care of all of my needs and made me aware of issues I needed to get taken care of. When the wait time was going to be longer due to the needed repairs, he put me in a loaner so I could complete my errands. He kept in contact with me and everything went as smooth as possible. This may seem like the "norm", but when you feel comfortable and welcome by the entire team, especially as busy as they are, it sets them apart from other places. Highly highly (did I say highly) recommend this dealership to any and all! More
