I thought it was going to be a great experience Although the work has not been completed, Robert has excellent customer service skills. I also hope he continues to show that caring attitude. It's rare to find. Update....I was hasty in my initial post. After the work was completed, the 2 additional items I discussed w/ Robert were not documented. Usually I am given a printout to advise of recommended services. The things I mention initially in regards to future repairs are noted and discussed in my recommendation paperwork. I did not receive the paperwork this time around nor did Robert discuss the findings of my concerns. It was a let down compared to how he started off. As well, the car wash was not really a wash. My trucks looks like it was sprayed with water no soap. There are dirt marks all on the inside where some stepped up. It seems dirtier now than how I came in with it. More
