Horrible Customer Service On my last oil change, I left the dealership only to get an alert on my dash. Drove back to the dealership while trying to get them on the phone for 2 On my last oil change, I left the dealership only to get an alert on my dash. Drove back to the dealership while trying to get them on the phone for 20 minutes, and they had left my oil cap off. Gave me another free oil change, but no apologies or other considerations. Seemed put off that I was so upset. Went yesterday to get my oil changed again. I asked the guy in the intake on the length of time, he said an hour, and almost 2 hours later, I was finally able to leave. This was after I realized my car was already done and just sitting outside - unlocked, on a busy road, with the window down. Shame on me for thinking I would get better service on a different go round. More
