Gravens RAM 1500 I came in with multiple problems. Matt at the service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. After having my truck most of the day, my suspicions were co I came in with multiple problems. Matt at the service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. After having my truck most of the day, my suspicions were confirmed with 3 major problems. Matt explained what the problems were and had prices for each. The bill will be pretty high, but he was willing to knock some of the cost down to make it less painful in my wallet.
