Truck towed into dealership My truck would not start so I called for a tow to Courtesy which was just 3 miles from where I broke down. While I was waiting for the tow truck I called the dealership to inform them of what was going on and I was waiting for a tow to the dealership. On arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Thomas Ross a service advisor. He was aware of the problem and told me he would have it checked out ASAP. Thomas was friendly and professional and keep me advised as to what was going on. It was a short couple of hours and my truck was back up and running thanks to Thomas Ross and his staff for finding a faulty ignition switch. Thank You for your help. More
