Worst experience with any dealership and service dept ever!! Don't buy here. Service department is the worst!! Clean and fast I biught my Ram 1500 at this dealer and service it always with them . My next truck will also be bought from them . I live in. Worst auto buying experience I've ever had! First let me say Matt my sales guy was GREAT! From there it's all downhill. A couple games during the buying process, lowball trade, trying to add extras, waiting for answers etc.. I don't blame Matt, he's just a pawn in the game. I'm going to shorten this whole scenario. I was pre approved through my bank so I didn't need theirs. The truck I wanted was in stock. This was Monday 9-24-2018 about 3:30. I told Matt if I had the paperwork into my bank by 7 so they could get it set for Tuesday pickup. So I'm done on matts end waiting to sign papers with Jorge ( what a piece of work ) the closer/finance guy. They weren't busy, I waited an hour. Finally at 6:30 I get to meet mr. Piece of work himself. I tell him the 7:00 deadline, he starts out with the lifetime warranty and how it's void if I use the truck for work ( I'm a contractor ) and if I can get away with it I'll have to have all service done there. I said that isn't going to happen, so I sign off on that. Then the extended warranty is brought up. I said not interested, he says I have to go through it and starts. Finally he takes no for an answer after starting out at $3800 and coming down to $1400. Then he starts on financing, I told him I have it. He starts again, I can probably save you 1/3%, I said no I'm good. It is now about 6:45, 6:50, I start signing everything. We get done and I said are you going to fax or email the paperwork, it's 6:55. I give him both and he says its on its way, shook his hand thanked him and left. The next day I call my bank, they say they received nothing. They call Jorge, he doesn't answer or call back. I call him no answer. I call Matt, he apologizes and says he'll call me back. He calls me back and says he will get it over there. Finally it gets there late afternoon. The bank calls me and said they need a title or MCO?, they tried calling mr. Piece of work, no answer no call back. I call Matt, he says he'll find out. He has to get a copy, they don't have it. It's now Wednesday the copy is sent to the bank. Matt was told by the bank they needed the real one for everything to happen. I know Matt has no power over what's happening, and Jorge knows what's needed. No one did anything to get the original. Matt and I go to the bank on Thursday to get it done. We fill everything out, they ask for the original, he doesn't have it. Michelle ( banks finance ) is called and she apologizes to me and said she told them yesterday it couldn't be done without it. Matt apologized again. We go back to the lot, he goes talks to the GM. He comes over and apologizes and I tell him everything that's happened, how much work time I lost etc.. He says we'll make it right. I wait and Matt finally comes over and says, come in tomorrow ( Friday ) at 9:30 and their going to let you take it and we'll get the paper to the bank. Friday, I'm there 9:30, Matt says they're gonna go all through it, check any recalls, etc.. 4 hours later Matt comes to me and says you can't take it. He was told their finance company told them they couldn't give me the van until Heggs check cleared. I lost 24 hours of work, 4 trips to the dealership, and maybe I can pick it up Monday October 1st. I've honestly condensed this fiasco as much as possible. This is the only truck available like this, that's why I didn't cancel the deal. We'll see how they'll make this right. More

Since then I have received about ten letters from banks denying us credit. So even though we went in with a preapproval and we told them we wanted to use Capital One financing, they still ran our credit with at least ten banks that denied us. Heggs did not have our best interest in mind but sought to serve their own needs. Our credit was marginal going in and now because of all the inquiries it has lowered our credit score. I feel this is a dishonest and deceiving practice. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from Heggs. I further regret that I signed a maintenance service agreement to have all our service done there. More
