Pleasant Experience I made an appointment for oil change and recall fix. I was going out of town that day so the time they gave me was not going to work. I spoke with Joesph and understood it was a busy Saturday but I asked if there was any way to have it completed a little sooner. I was so happy when Joseph sent me a text it was done before I had to leave. I am very pleased with their courteous and reliable service and will be lifetime customer. More

The admin fee outrageous and fees for interior protection just as bad. When I picked up vehicle it had a full fuel tank . However they missed some small stuff. Temp license not attached but Chris did deliver to my house.Windshield washer reservoir was empty, interior not especially clean etc.After telling finance guy multiple times that I did not want extendef protection and he continued talking I should have walked out but knew all dealers were the same so I hung in there.. Last new car 4 years ago bought through costco plan much better experience. Honda finance believed that I did not want extended warranty and did not brow beat me. I guess in retrospect the experience at Hegg was a typical miserable car buying experience but so far I am very happy with the vehicle and with a little luck won't have to do it again for many years. More

Worst Customer Service Department I called setting Appointment telling them what service was to be done, Had my son drop car off and they had him sign for a diagnostic which I did not I called setting Appointment telling them what service was to be done, Had my son drop car off and they had him sign for a diagnostic which I did not ask for. He signed believing it was the work I asked to be performed. They ran the diagnostic removing all freon leaving vehicle with no freon. So what was working before was no longer working and car now has no AC. I called asking for a manager and they told me one was not available. I asked if a manager would be there when I stopped by and they said yes. I rush there from work and ask to speak to a manager and what do you know, no manager there. I paid took my car, and left a message for the service manager. He called and after I told him my issue he said not there problem. Read the reviews on this place, I should have and beware, they are dishonest, untrustworthy and uncaring. Don’t let them work on your vehicle. New ownership does no good if you keep the same crappy people. More

Loosing confidence in the service department waited over an hour for oil change few weeks ago. Car leaking oil since. Had an appointment to look at car and waited another hour for them to tighten waited over an hour for oil change few weeks ago. Car leaking oil since. I expect more from having my car serviced at the dealership! I don’t have time to waste! Free car wash for my trouble. Rediculous More
HORRIBLE SERVICE IN EVERY DEPARTMENT HORRIBLE SERVICE IN EVERY DEPARTMENT. I have been there many times just to give this place a chance and because location was close. Lets just say that your sales team doesn't like to sell trucks to customers with cash! Second, when a customer comes in for service and doesn't want to schedule with Heggs that is a clear indicator that something is wrong! Get an attitude adjustment. One of the worst things is Parts Dept. I changed my transmission fluid on my Ram. Purchased the TWO filters I needed from Heggs. After the mess of the job and time I am now ready to put the two filters on. One fits and the other doesn't. WHAT A joke. And they were closed on the weekend. I return Monday to get the right part the second time and the guy wants to tell me its my fault! And its used. I said of course draining the transmission might leave a little fluid on the new but wrong part you gave me. Not only was the manager a D*** but Come to find out, the same xxxxxx that sold it to me stated that he sold me the wrong part. I WILL DRIVE 100 MILES TO ANOTHER DEALER THAN TO H EGGS. NOT ONLY CAN THEIR SALESMEN NOT SELL TRUCKS BUT PARTS CANT DO THEIR JOB EITHER. CAN ANYONE DO THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO HERE?! NOPE. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. Management: Get your priorities straight and sheep will follow!!! More
