They appear to over book their appointments so plan on a long wait: also they kept car overnight for simple repairs. More

Unbelievably Easy Prior to coming into Heggs my husband and I had already spent more than 2 weeks shopping for the right car at the right price. We already had our fina Prior to coming into Heggs my husband and I had already spent more than 2 weeks shopping for the right car at the right price. We already had our financing set up. We probably test drove over 10 cars and visited 5 dealerships. Each dealership advertising their prices on their website. Each dealership was the same, they advertised low to get you in the door and then bumped up the price with what they referred to as "aftermarket upgrades" and service guarantees that had already been "added" to the vehicle and could not be removed or declined. These addendums to the vehicle price usually added $2000 - $3000 to the "out the door " or pre-tax price of the vehicle pushing up the overall cost as well as our APR and monthly payment. After finding our car on Heggs' website I reached out to their online sales department and got a response from Oscar. Oscar and I exchanged a couple emails regarding prices and addendums and by the end of the day I was anxious to test drive the car I had my heart set on. Upon arriving the dealership, we were greeted right away and were connected with Oscar promptly. Within 10 minutes we were behind the wheel for the test drive. The drive was great so we headed in to start the "negotiations". I showed Oscar our financing paperwork as well as what we referred to as "my homework". Oscar took it to his finance team and within about an hour we walked out the door with key in hand and, honestly, complete shock that things went so smooth! No haggle or hassle at any point. We kept waiting for it but it never happened. Even a couple days after our visit we were still in disbelief. If we are ever in the market again, we will definitely be going back to Heggs. And that you can believe! 👍? More

Above exceptional These guys are one of the few shops that I take my lifted Jeep to get it worked on when I need help. They are courteous. I call Heggs and they tell me the check has been cashed and refuses to help me any further! I call and ask to speak to Mr. Heggs and they just put different people on the phone and refuse to let me speak to the owner! All I want is my car paid off as it should have been paid off a month ago! Now I have late payments on my credit and Heggs could care less!! Bear is the financial guy that tokk my trade in! Levi is the sales manager that talked me into this bs! I suggest no one trade in their vehicles here! And when I asked why they had insufficient funds and couldn’t pay off my car their response to me was ‘we got your funds’ but they don’t have the funds to pay off my car?! Breach of contract and damages! Ive sent the general manager Randy Pierson multiple emails asking to speak with the owner about this matter and he called me and said he will mr Heggs call me the next morning and still no word from nobody !!! Will never go anywhere else!!! I have been taking my Charger in for close to ten years. I recently purchased a 2000 Dakota and it needed work and Amber took care of all the repairs I have been taking my Charger in for close to ten years.
