The reason I continue to go back is be I have been going here to the dealership since I purchased my Charger and have always had Amber as my advisor. The reason I continue to go back is because she is awesome at her job. Her customer service is excellent, she is always up front with the cost and with what servive actually needs to be done. Additionally, she always up front with how long I will be there and I have to say I have never been there longer than expected. More

Service Department Sucks First issue, I take my car for routine maintenance using their "Express" Service line. There is nothing EXPRESS about the service they offer. I wait First issue, I take my car for routine maintenance using their "Express" Service line. There is nothing EXPRESS about the service they offer. I wait a minimum of 2hrs for an 'express' oil change. They shouldn't advertise this misleading Express service if they can't live up to it's name. Second issue, they NEVER answer their phones. Yet, when I am there waiting for my 2+hr oil change I notice they are in the office and just let the phone ring or are just chatting away. Third issue, I took my car in for one issue due to not completing my oil change correctly and when I took it in to be fixed, came out with a new issue. Of course they stated the new issue was unrelated. Yet, I didn't have that issue when I first went in. Additionally, they state "sorry to hear about your issue, the service manager would like to hear from you" but when you email you don't hear back from the service manager. Yes, they sound so concerned in their response, however fail to follow through. I will NEVER buy from this place again and going forward I will take the long drive from Chandler to Phoenix to get better service at Bill Luke's Chrysler and Jeep. Only reason I gave a 2nd star is because the sales team was great! More
Worst Jeep buying experience ever! I went in the other day to outright buy a Jeep. I went back and forth three times over the price. The salesman "Bear", came out and said "lets do this!". I held off and said Id come back in a few days to finish the transaction. I came back two days later and was ready to buy my Jeep. I filled out the paperwork and was ready to finalize the transaction and when we went to see the Jeep...It wasnt the one I was wanted. They switched out the VIN numbers on the paperwork and then acted rude when I said that it wasnt the one we had been discussing. The paperwork had a big "SLAM DUNK" stamp over the VIN...to obscure the actual VIN. Bear then proceeded to put pressure on and claimed I was simply wrong. My wife even stepped in to explain and was rudely interrupted several times. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he responded that he was the supervisor. I ended up speaking to his superior and the guy didnt seem to care either way...this seems to be normal there. Ive read many other reviews stating similar problems with these guys. As a disabled combat vet, I look forward to discussing this with ALL my friends at the local VFW. More
