Stay as far away as possible from this dealership!! I purchased a new 2016 Dodge Challenger from the dealership. Since day one, I have had issues with this car. I have brought it in over 8 times for the same issues at over 20 days in their hands and it still isn't fixed. These guys are a joke and DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Very disappointed, in fact I'm calling Chrysler about a buyback and filing a suit. More

As we signed the paper work the gentleman stated that he was going to try and give us a better deal in our trade in and going to get us in a credit union, I then asked him I've heard stories that you leave with the car and then weeks later need to return due to no finance. He said that does happen rarley but in this case your approved and you have nothing to worry about, I just want to get you a better deal... he stated we might have to come in next week to resign paper work due to getting us a better deal and stated that I get lots of discounts due to where I work. (never heard of that before) that should of been a red flag for me. We finally left with the vehicle. 16 days later we get a call stating they would need a substantial amount for down payment, I asked how much he stated $3400.00 or no banks will finance you. Obviously we did not want to put down that large amount of money plus our trade in, yes we were upside down on. I then told him nope not happening, he then said rudely we need the car back and it needs to be back today. Took the car back...will never do business again with them....come to find out after research what they did to us was called "spot delivery" that is just wrong!!!! After all the vehicles we have bought from other dealers we NEVER had this problem. Granit that our credit isn't stellar, but good enough to get financed. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. So to have this not happen to anyone else do not sign any documents until you have proof from the finance company you have been approved!!!!! More
Failed to perform basic work The service department left out my front diff plug. I noticed this after driving 200 miles. There's was gear oil everywhere under my truck. I have taken my truck there 2 times and they never washed off the gear oil. I have delt with Ben the GM and he doesn't give a crap. I have go get my trucks undercarriage detailed then fight them to get paid back. Total joke. More
Fast talking, scamers Trade offer was ridiculous, numerous hours talking and no action, after i said i'm leaving, don't call me, i received a call within 10 minutes . and Trade offer was ridiculous, numerous hours talking and no action, after i said i'm leaving, don't call me, i received a call within 10 minutes . and everyday there after, by Mgr, and salesman. after two weeks i decided to talk again, the trade came up 300%, hrs latter i was shown an invoice price, there were two expenses on the invoice i didn't agree with, $499 clerical fee, and $1800 paint, interior, and window tint coverage ? When i said i didn't want the coverage, i was told they CAN"T sell me the car unless purchased the coverage, then tried to sell me extended warranty on the rest of the car, which comes to thousands, and i was told that if i didn't have my oil change there, they couldn't supply me with engine warranty, (unless i bought the extra coverage). The finance guy was not shy with showing his rage with me when i said NO. When the class action comes out for scamming buyers, i will testify. More
Lies and shady sale I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership last week. During the negotiation process I offered full asking price but explained that I did n I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership last week. During the negotiation process I offered full asking price but explained that I did not want the addendum items which included window tint (which the vehicle did not already have installed), desert protection package, and security theft protection. The salesman returned to the negotiation table and explained that the addendum items are required to purchase the vehicle and they cannot remove them (directly from the salesman and sales manager mouth). I disputed these items and asked for documentation on why these products are required but the salesman did not provide the documentation. After I had been told that I had to purchase the addendums to purchase the vehicle several times I went ahead and said okay. I will take the car with addendums. After all papers are signed I am out waiting for the car to be delivered from detail. I am sifting through the paperwork. On both the desert protection contract and security contract it clearly reads that this product is not required to purchase or finance a vehicle. I immediately go inside and show a sales manager. He makes copies of my documents and tells me that they will consult the general manager about they sale and contracts. The next day they call me and tell me to come back in a re-sign my paperwork with all addendums removed. Did they make things right with me? Yes they did. But I do not enjoy being lied to and I need to share this experience to protect future consumers. The sales tactics behind these addendum products is shady and borderline illegal. Do the product actually have value? Yes, they do to certain customers but not me. If you are buying a vehicle from this dealership read the contract, decide if the addendums are for you, and if not hold your ground. You do not have to buy these products as the contract clearly states. Unfortunately it was this dealer that had the pre-owned car I was looking for otherwise I would have taken my business to another, honest establishment. I will avoid buying another vehicle here in the future. More

Not recommended My husband and went to this dealership the other night and it was really busy. I met one of the managers named Joe and he stated he would do something special tonight because we came back at a less busier time. Unfortunately he did not let us drive the Charger Hellcat. How can you not let a customer drive a car to see if your interested in it? Blows my mind. The Hellcat may be their top dollar vehicle but We have test drive cars without any hassle at other dealerships that cost a lot more than a $70,000 Dodge. We are not impressed. The salesman also stated the lease deals for the Hellcat was only for 2016 models. Wait til I tell Dodge about that when their advertising stated differently. I went home and build and priced a 2017 Hellcat leasing at $506/month. Net priced at $68,740. We will try our luck at Earnhardt instead. What a disappointment. I thought Superstion Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge was better than that. All we got tonight was non genuine BS. They just lost a sale! More
