We thought we found the car for us... once we went to talk to the loan person it was a different story. He was really rude, kept looking at his phone, even told us he was having a bad day (nobody wants to hear about your bad day our car was total in an accident not our fault, we were injured, our kids were in the car and you want to talk about bad day). He kept saying we are not keeping you hostage here if you don't like the car but it honestly felt he was. We are very disappointed. It was the worst car shopping experience we have ever had. We walked out and decided to buy a car somewhere esle. I will definitely not recommend this place More
Great People I was frustrated from another dealership in an attempt to purchase a Jeep, and every time we were working on a deal, they kept on changing there param I was frustrated from another dealership in an attempt to purchase a Jeep, and every time we were working on a deal, they kept on changing there parameters on there "good deal". Well frustrated trying to work it out, I left and went here after that crazy and frustrating ordeal. Both Bear and Jeff were awesome on their comfort from such an aggravated ordeal with that dealership "Bill Luke", don't go there. These guys were great, if your look for that "Slam Dunk Deal" get it here in Superstitions Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Also, I purchased a Dodge Caravan in 2014, good deal then, but I should have came back here to get my Jeep first. Great job guys, keep up the good work. More
service horrible , incompetent and careless I bought my first new car. It has been the worst experience for me ..It has been in and out of service for the past year for numerous issues.Mainly transmission problems.They keep telling nothing is wrong with it .They dont want to honor there warrantys purchased and they (in my opinion ) severely damaged my car while doing repairs while the car was in there care..Trying to get it resolved but we keep getting the runaround cant get any information on insurance to file claim for damages .. they offered alot of empty promises and now im left with a mechanically unsound car thats damaged due to there carelessness .Which brings down my car value.I refuse to take it back to them for any kind of service and Im not the only one complaining of damage to my car ..I just want this nightmare over with..Its really sad ..They have ruined my new car buying experience ,dont want to do this ever again More

Lies and more lies Most of the reviews on this dealer are being written by the employees. They are easy overpriced and try to justify this price with their forever warranty which again is a rediculus scam. We went and looked at cars told them we did not want to buy a Jeep but rather a used truck. They asked why and I told them about the negative reviews regarding their products aside from the wrangler (it's pretty solid). They did not even try to decent but rather started talking about their warranty. Then I realized even their employees now their products are overpriced and crap. Then I noticed that 90 percent of the marketing collateral was warranty and not product features or quality. Buyer beware. More
