Great salesman, dealership is going downhill. If not for Jeff Bonner we would have purchased elsewhere. We were treated poorly by other sales who acted as if they were knowledgeable about Jeep's, If not for Jeff Bonner we would have purchased elsewhere. We were treated poorly by other sales who acted as if they were knowledgeable about Jeep's, who obviously had little to no info on the Wranglers. We were ignored, told that they would get us help or check on something, only to never see them again or be checked on. We were told there was no one to help when I counted 14, yes 14 sales staff standing around laughing and talking to each other, but no customers around. In addition I had recent warranty work done, only to find with the addition to service there is NO parking available and had to park on the other side of the dealership to go to service. The quality of service overall has declined a lot, I have recommended the dealership several times in the past years, I am hesitant to anymore. I think they have outgrown the personal touch and care they provided before and traded that for a quantity rather than quality motto. It is unfortunate. More

I realize they are there to sell cars but we felt we were not under any pressure to buy or what to buy. They were very enthusiastic about satisfying our wants. Example; we expressed our need for a tow package. They agreed to install one as part of the deal to close the sale with out a squabble. All of the personnel were pleasant to us and we felt no pressure to buy. I can't say that would have changed had we decided to walk out the door but on the previous three visits there was no noticeable pressure to stay and make a deal. We will definitely go back to this dealership the next time we are in the market to buy! One Satisfied couple! More

Sales Rep Amazing Edward "BEAR"Roberts III I brought my daughter into this dealership, first time car buyer and only 20yrs old. We were met my Bear a sales rep, but you could have fouled us. He was extremely helpful, honest, respectful, and treated my daughter like his own. I am still in amazement by this gentleman!!! He even took time to explain what my daughter needs to do to build her credit since she has none. I HONESTLY can tell you this gentleman is not about the sale, but about helping!!! I recommend this gentleman to anyone, this is the first time that I have never been pressured etc.. My daughter and I left there smiling and will be returning to see Bear in a couple months for my daughter to purchase her a car!!!! I am still amazed!! More
