We met with the salesperson Dan Wood, he listened to what we wanted and helped us find it. As we went through the process including trade in Dan was always very commutative. On Monday and Tuesday I left several messages requiring Amber Letter to Dealership: I want you to know how dissatisfied I am with you service center. On Monday and Tuesday I left several messages requiring Amber to indicate what the status is on the repair of my vehicle. I left instruction on her voice mail both days with my cell phone number. On Monday she called and left a message on my wife's phone instead of following the message I left. I work in Downtown Phoenix and I needed this information so I knew whether my wife needed to be picked up or not. I never received a phone call. I called back later that evening and was told the sound under the dash was fixed but the ticking in the front wheel was not. I explained to Amber when I called to establish the appointment of service that the issues was not a ticking sound that is was a creaking sound and that your dealership had already taken care of that same creaking sound 2-3 months prior on the right front side. Since it was the exact same sounds and symptoms I assumed this repair would be completed in a timely manor. I have to say out of all the cars I have owned I have never experienced this level of incompetence. As I was typing this information I received a call from Amber and she stated they could not locate the problem on the left side. I will be contacting Dodge's Corporate office as well as this is unacceptable. More

This dealer is close to me so we went to this dealer to look at a new car and I really liked the way they do things. They were very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable, I never felt pressured to look at a new car and I really liked the way they do things. My wife and I had been to three dealerships today. At each place, the staff seemed to be either disinterested in selling a vehicle to people who could obviously purchase, and were willing to buy IF the d each place, the staff seemed to be either disinterested in selling a vehicle to people who could obviously purchase, and were willing to buy IF the deal was right on the vehicle we wanted. We went to Superstition Springs Chrysler - Jeep - Dodge. The attitude was totally different. We were greeted with zero pressure, and all our questions were answered. We then met Charlie Bennet...GREAT GUY! He knew his inventory and actually litened to what WE wanted and found the perfect truck. It was still out back being detailed, but Charlie knew his stock well enough to know that he had it, and that it was what WE wanted based upon what we told him. There was no running back and forth or "Oh by the way..." tactics. Charlie was honest, straight forward, and HE sold himself and the dealership. I'd buy another vehicle from Charlie ANYTIME, and I reccomend him VERY VERY highly to ANYONE in the market for a new or used car or truck. In fact...if you're in the market....GO SEE CHARLIE BENNET! I was in the market for a new jeep wrangler sport and had done a lot of research on the internet trying to find a dealer with a good inventory so I could view and drive one before I purchased. Since Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge was close to my home I went there one day to view and drive a new 2012 jeep wrangler. I was not ready to purchase yet because I hadn't sold my 2002 wrangler. I happened to talk to Charlie Bennett and he spent about an hour with me viewing what they had on the lot and explaining the various options on the new jeeps. Absolutely no pressure to buy and he even gave me a tentative price on what discount I could expect on a jeep with the options I reequired. About a week later my jeep sold and I was ready to purchase, so I went back to see Charlie. He had a jeep exactly with the options I wanted. He presented me with a no hassle price which was very fair. I took the offer and must admit that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Because of past experiences with salespersons, I was dreading dealing for a new vehicle. After the sale I wanted the factory steps which didn't come on my jeep and was going to purchase them and install them on my jeep myself, but Charlie got me a great discount on these steps with the service department so I purchased the steps at the dealership and had them installed. If you are in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, I highly recommend you give Charlie Bennett a chance to sell you a vehicle. More
