As a company, we were looking to find a dealership to begin buying our commercial fleet trucks from. We offered to trade in a used 2018 RAM 5500 heavy duty truck for a used 2020 Ford F-350 and buy a cou begin buying our commercial fleet trucks from. We offered to trade in a used 2018 RAM 5500 heavy duty truck for a used 2020 Ford F-350 and buy a couple more brand new trucks. Contacted the sales and provided photos and information on our trade in at their request. 2 days later we received a text (could not even call) to let us know they couldn’t accommodate our trade because they were more of a retail dealership. Their loss because they would have ended up with more business from buying several more trucks. Take your business somewhere else as they couldn’t even give us a call to to let us know like a respectable dealer. More
