This is the fifth car/van we have purchased from Bob Krueger and every one has been a great experience. He has always taken the time to listen to what we are looking for and finding it. We have no problem driving from Lansing to Grand Rapids to receive this kind of service. Even pricing has been easy, with no undue pressure and gentle suggestions being the rule. Any follow-up service or questions have been dealt with on a fair and timely basis. We will hate to see him retire! Working with other people at Courtesy has gone well also. More

Have purchased several previously owned autos from Courtesy thru Bill Beger. Two in the last year. The latest one, a 2001 Acura TL 3.2. There seems to be an issue with the transmission that they wi Courtesy thru Bill Beger. Two in the last year. The latest one, a 2001 Acura TL 3.2. There seems to be an issue with the transmission that they will be addressing in the near future. The car has a 3 month, 3000 limited warranty that should cover the issue. Having had excellent sales service from Bill and his associates, we are hopeful that will not hit any snags in getting this unfortunate issue corrected. We will see. I thank Courtesy for the great job they've done so far and am hopeful the the same will apply to this current issue. More

So fast! Went for an oil change and general maintenance check after work. Dropped off the vehicle, went in their waiting room, played a game of solitaire in their internet cafe, ate 2 yummy cookies and a b check after work.
