My dealer, Chris, was great! He would get all 5's. When I got home and really looked it over, I noticed though that the detail job on my vehicle was not great, rather good. There was spatter of a brown substance (pop?) on the ceiling and the scratches on the body that were supposed to be buffed out have reappeared. The carpeting inside also had some stains which did not come out. Also, the black plastic on the back tailgate/bumper is coming up. I realize I purchased a used vehicle, but had I realized the stains and scratches would still be there, I may have chosen a different vehicle or asked for a lower price. Also, out of courtesy, it would have been nice to leave with a full tank of gas. More
