Brought my vehicle in for A/C repair. Problem wasn't found on first trip, but they added dye and on my return visit the leak was found. Service advisor was friendly and easy to work with. Love the shuttle service they offer. Was able to use them so I wouldn't have to stay at the dealership while they repaired my vehicle. The service advisor called me as soon as the repair was done. Everyone was friendly,professional and helpful from the minute I pulled in the lot. I had very specific needs in a new (used) vehicle and also time constraints that required me to leave and return to the minute I pulled in the lot. I had very specific needs in a new (used) vehicle and also time constraints that required me to leave and return to the lot a few hours later the same day (a Saturday besides). Vehicles that met my requirements were very quickly identified to me. Once I made a selection, I left and returned several hours later to all of the paperwork completed and the auto detailed and ready to go. I don't think I was there more than an hour total, and drove my new vehicle off the lot that day! I actually enjoyed the experience, which I have never done purchasing a vehicle before. Would definately return in the future, and reccomend to others. More

When I said this wasn't exactly what we were looking for, he told me about another vehicle they had that wasn't currently on the lot, but suggested I check out the dealership website to view it. I did. I returned. I test drove the Jeep. My husband and I are now driving around in our newest "toy"--a 2010, bright red Jeep Wrangler! Thanks Del! More
