While visiting Michigan this summer, we had a Chrysler 300C, as our rental vehicle. We loved the car and everything about it. That played a big part in our decision to continue to keep an SUV but to add a car to "the family." As we began our search, we had a few must haves we were not willing to give up, and thats when my boyfriend came across the 300C at Courtesy. We had gone over to just kind of window shop and get a little bit more information. From my personal experience, I was a little hesitant on going to a dealership during business hours, because I do not do well with pushy and feeing bombarded. As we parked the car and began walking to the 300C, Matt came out to greet us. He was instantly friendly, comfortable and reassuring, but he NEVER came across pushy. He was the complete opposite of the people I had dealt with in the past at car dealerships. Matt made us feel comfortable, educated and 100% informed. It was the smoothest buying procedure I have ever made. There is nothing more I appreciate from a salesperson than to walk out of the building feeling completely confident I don't have any concerns or questions. Hands down the best salesperson I have EVER had. I cant thank him enough for all of his help and most importantly kindness. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle(s) from him.
