I will NEVER do business with this dealership! I supported a dear friend and purchased my first truck [2024 Ranger] here. That was the ONLY positive interaction. I had to go to another dealership for my 1st oil change because they never returned my call to set it up. I explained I needed an appointment because my time off is very limited. [Thank you Alan Vigil in Morrow❤️] The Ranger has a recall and I was sent a letter to have it serviced at my purchasing dealership. I called set up the appointment and was offered a "valet" pickup from my home. I was assured the work would take 4 hours max to complete. I should have anticipated a "whole fiasco" when the valet wasn't here at the scheduled pick up time [930a] and no one called to let me know why. I called and they then said 1130a.."we weren't aware the service writer had scheduled a pickup and he isnt in until 11a". Mind you all transactions generate a text message. Oh wait it gets worse. I didnt start my clock until after noon. So, in my mind they should have my Truck completed by 4p and back to me by 5p. Nope!! My original salesman [Dexter Meadows❤️] noticed my truck (my plates are distinctive) and called me thinking I was there at the dealership. He went over to check the progress only to be told they hadn't begun the work at 430p!! IYKYK..I was livid. I started calling service immediately only to be told they needed to keep my vehicle until tomorrow. I told the service writer to take my truck out of the bay and return it to me IMMEDIATELY! Needless to say I heard "I am sorry " umpteen times. As I steamed, I called the GM and Service Manager both who leave conveniently at 5p. I have no problems leaving voicemails. Apparently they decided to miraculously complete the recall repair in 2 hours. No one told me until I started dropping "F Bombs" and told them I'd be there expeditiously to get my Ranger. Fast forward to 7pm and they were rolling to return my vehicle by 730p. As I'm posting this to Facebook, I get a survey text asking about my service experience. IYKYK...Courtesy Ford is toast. Google review loading!! More

Trial and Error I took my Lincoln Towncar in for an electrical problem. After paying for replacement parts that I did not need, and complaining to the service manager I took my Lincoln Towncar in for an electrical problem. After paying for replacement parts that I did not need, and complaining to the service manager, I finally got my problem resolve. I was without my car for a little over two weeks. The service rep spent more time trying to sell me services that I did not need, instead of working on getting my problem identified and resolve. More

Not satisfactory I took my car in for a tune up at the end of September on a Monday and dropped it off. By Thursday they still had not contacted me and I needed a vehi I took my car in for a tune up at the end of September on a Monday and dropped it off. By Thursday they still had not contacted me and I needed a vehicle to drive so my husband and I drove over to see what was going on. My spark plug was stuck and if they pulled it out it would crack a head. Ok so give me something to drive in the mean time. After two weeks still no call, but however, they upgraded my rental to a brand new car. Two months go by and still no call so my husband and I drive back over to only find out that the part needed was on back order until the end of February. Ok no problem I will have this car until then. Exactly one week later the dealership called to say they fixed it by replacing a coil in the head and I needed d to come pick up my car. When I picked up my car there was a nice deep scratch on the side of it they refuse to pay for and a part off the inside of my door is missing. They said they would order that part for me. Now come on Courtesy Ford, you guys suck on communication and then to give someone there car back after 3 months and not pay for the damage you caused! #WORTHLESS More
