Good morning Thomas,
I hope you are well. I have tried several times to write a review on dealer rater and for some reason the system will not allow access.
I sold a classic Mustang I had for almost 40 years and replaced it with a new one. I live in the Nashville area and my wife found my replacement at Courtesy Ford just outside of Atlanta. I negotiated the purchase over the phone with Thomas who is not a typical car salesman. He listened, was attentive, and refreshingly communicative and responsive. By the end of the week my wife and I traveled down and made the purchase.
In person Thomas was on time and took his time. I met other associates who were engaging and seemed to enjoy their profession. The payment aspect was seamless and there was no push to oversell unnecessary products. My wife and I left happy with a beautiful new Mustang GT Premium convertible.
That evening, we noticed some damage with the wheels and the mirror and contacted Thomas. Thomas made it clear that he would resolve all issues. He initially attempted to deal with a local Ford dealer to resolve but they were unresponsive. Thomas proactively sent a driver, Marsha who was wonderful, with a brand new Bronco for me to use while Courtesy completely resolved the issues. After about 10 days Marsha returned my Mustang and a new journey is underway.
Thomas and the team set the standard for customer service. They could have stood idly by but took the right path. I will deal with Thomas and Courtesy Ford again when the time comes.
A hugely positive overall experience.
