While I was working with Rob on the initial service, my wife Susan was talking with Will in sales about a newer Explorer, which we bought that evening. After our truck was repaired a few days later, I found out that Susan had discussed with Will the idea of showing me a newer F350, which turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, we purchased both vehicles because the deals were very good, Will was great to work with, and everyone we spoke with were very friendly and professional. More
