Battery for Ford Fusion needed immediately. I brought the 2012 Fusion in for battery replacement unannounced on a busy morning. I told Brian Sterrett that my wife need the car as soon as could I brought the 2012 Fusion in for battery replacement unannounced on a busy morning. I told Brian Sterrett that my wife need the car as soon as could possibly be worked in. (IE: Before 11:00 A.M. Brian told me to go wait in the waiting room and he would notify me when the car was complete. 30 minutes later he called me to the desk and we went and settled the bill. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming to Courtesy Ford. More
