The personnel that I came in contact with were very personal After2 days and several telephone calls to make an appointment , the personnel let the phone ring or were not available to answer the calls. I drove a couple of days later from Gresham, to the Dealer where "Kris" the Service Rep. handled my need. We was excellent both dates both for the appointment and drop off. I was told the recall would take 3 to 4 hours. I dropped the car off prior to 10 O'clock, was taken home, picked up at 1:45 PM, and waited until 3:15 PM.to get my car, not 3 to 4 hours. Overall, I think my rating is fair at 4 stars. This was for the transmission RECALL, Escape. More
