He is one of the few reps that is kind & considerate even when he is over loaded with customers in person or on the phone. Maybe Courtesy Ford should replace the Service Manager & start on a new path for customer satisfaction. More

Great experience! I came in 9 months before my lease ended and everyone worked hard to get me into a new car!
