Car buying experience I live about two and a half hours away from this dealership. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, and I knew it was going to be a special order, s I live about two and a half hours away from this dealership. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, and I knew it was going to be a special order, seeing as how it is a "Black Label" Lincoln Mkc. My salesman Antonio, went out of his way to come to me to pick up my trade in, and came a second time with all the paperwork for me to sign. And once my vehicle arrives, he will bring it to me and store it in my garage for me until I arrive back home sometime in September!!!! There was no haggling because I knew what I was going to be paying from the start, and I never had to step foot in Portland. The process was that simple! To me, that's customer service at its best!!! Thanks Antonio for making this experience a pleasure to do business with you and the dealership!!! More

Great Experience Buying a New Vehicle I had been looking for a used Ford Transit Connect Van and was not having a lot of luck, so I decided to buy new. I searched on the internet and talk I had been looking for a used Ford Transit Connect Van and was not having a lot of luck, so I decided to buy new. I searched on the internet and talked to several Ford Dealerships. I selected Courtesy Ford as they had a vehicle style that I was interested in. I contacted them via the internet, and spoke with Austin Lortie. He sent me the vehicle sticker and their best price the first day I contacted them. I bought the vehicle and couldn't be happier with the service from Austin and also with David Hughes, the Finance Manager. It was so easy compared with the "old days" of haggling for days on end for the price of a new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Austin was terrific to work with and so was David. More
