I felt taken care of I needed new truck mirrors and they installed them. It was quicker than what was estimated and I'mso glad they are fixed. Terrible non responsive customer service. I have contacted each Rick Boyer and Kerry Copeland and got no response. I have taken the matter directly to Ford and they say contact the managers. Service writer turnover is so high they have at least one service phone that goes unanswered. When the first round of Ford in The Philippines turned me over to Sherry Gaylord she basically called me a liar. Never, Never shop or service here. More
