We located our chosen vehicle, using Ford's "Certified Pre-owned" locator, after searching for many months, using CarSoup and AutoTrader, unsuccessfully. When I reached out to Ballweg Ford, we were almost immediately contacted back by Internet salesperson, Dana Moe. I'd already spoken with more than a dozen people like Dana at other dealerships - and she blew them all away! Every question answered, or researched, and fast! After speaking with regular salesperson, Brian Larson, we made an arrangement to come down, a couple of days later, to view the vehicle, and potentially purchase it. (we live almost 3 hours from the dealership) Brian was objective, and his approach was truthful, and matter-of-fact. No b.s. - I really appreciate that. Between he and Sales Manager Corey Noltner, we came to a price, and a few minor touchups, to be done. They bought us lunch while the Service Dept finished up a quicky detailing of the vehicle, and they finished the paperwork. We were in, and out, including lunch, in just a touch over 2.5 hours. We got a good deal, on a good car, certified by Ford, and sold to us by people that care about their customers. They owed me a couple of items by mail, they came 3 days earlier than expected. We even got a hand written note from the owner of the dealership, Mrs. Ballweg. Old school service, indeed! I wish we lived closer, I'd be happy to tell my friends and neighbors to buy from Ballweg Ford.
