Went in for my 5000 mile oil change as I have for the past 5 years and was very disappointed in the service I received this time. Last time I was there they change out a front headlight that was out and past 5 years and was very disappointed in the service I received this time. Last time I was there they change out a front headlight that was out and when we got home it was pointing sideways which we did not realize till nighttime. We live about 40 minutes from the dealership and decided to wait till this time to let them know and fix. Unfortunately, after explaining to the service lady what happened, she said they would have to take the front bumper off and take it next door to fix and would take at least 2 hours. I am very disappointed with their response and should be free to fix. Will not be going back after many years of changing our oil there More
Steve Huffman got the commission but at best he was mediocre. Did not do his follow ups I was asking for nor returning my calls. And, while I eventually just decided to purchase the regular Navigator, what I was asking for (Reserve L) was bit the vehicle I was told. Do not know if that could be hung on Steve but Thomas caught it. Will tried explaining the interest rate situation but this calamity was ultimately the result of a lack of diligence on Steve's part. In the end I can say I was not a delighted customer. Thomas did his fully capable best job which alleviated my feelings somewhat but this was not smooth at all! More
Was thrilled when I was offered courtesy valet delivery of my car to my home. I have only had my car serviced here and had never been given this wonderful option. This dealership allowed me to do everything online so when I actually went in, I had the financing figured out and was able to just look at and test drive the vehicle and go from there. There was an issue with the back hatch not working with the power lift, but they took care of that. Their service department was already closed when I was there so the Salesman went to an auto parts store to get a fuse. They ended up discounting the price of the vehicle. They didn't try to up sale me on every thing like some dealerships have done to me in the past. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there seemed to be very helpful and attentive. I would consider buying another vehicle from them in the future. Had the back hatch not had that problem, I probably would have been in and out in 30/40 minutes including the test drive. I had actually started looking at a similar Jeep in Eugene at Kendall GMC. Eugene is a lot closer to me. That dealership wanted to not do much before hand and wanted me to come in to do everything. They were not quick with their response time and took a bit to get back to me. I didn't want to drive to Portland, but decided to reach out to them because ultimately the Jeep that was there was a better deal than the Eugene one. The quick response and eagerness to help, is what ultimately swayed me from going with the Eugene dealership. More
