I've got to say, this was the easiest experience I have ever had. Scott Matthews was the MVP. He took my build order and kept me looped in the entire time. I came in for an oil change and repair for a recall. It went smoothly and the people were very nice. I got my car back the same day, as promised! One negative about Ford is that I asked about turning off the auto stop/start feature. I don't like that feature because it makes my car pause unexpectedly when I try to start moving again. I was told that Ford will not do that work. Since it is no longer required, Ford should be willing to disconnect that feature, or set it to always be off, rather than always be on. If my starter goes out from constant use, is Ford going to pay for that? I think not. More

Kane helped with a recall on my Ford 2026 Explorer Tremor and he was great. Came out to the house and got it done faster than expected.
