I experienced some frustrations with trying to communicate with my service representative through both voicemail and text messages which is what they recommended with no response though ! Then th communicate with my service representative through both voicemail and text messages which is what they recommended with no response though ! Then the check-in/write-up process was frustrating as well, as we had to explain what work was needed to two different service representatives as one was busy with another customer and the rental vehicle process created more of a delay as both the dealership and the rental company were short staffed. Long story short, Veronica and Courtesy Ford, both Really Pulled Through, Got the Job Done Right and Made Us Happy Customers !!! This was a 360 degree difference from dealing with Landmark Ford !
