We bought our 2011 Ford Fusion from Ammie Jose. She was a pleasure to work with. I was driving home from the coast the other night and someone had told me that I didn't have any brake lights. We called the service department around 6:15 and Brian said that they were open until 7, bu someone had told me that I didn't have any brake lights. We called the service department around 6:15 and Brian said that they were open until 7, but if we could make it then come down and they would look at the light bulbs to see if they were just burnt out. Brian told us not to worry that if we were going to be a few minutes later than 7 to just call and he would stay a little bit after to help us. I was doubtful that both light bulbs had burnt out at the same time, but we made it to Courtesy Ford almost right at 7. Brian was still there and he had a guy change out our rear light bulbs very quickly, and to my surprise everything was working properly after that. I took my car to Courtesy Ford for an oil change. Kerry told me the oil change would take an hour and he got me done in about half the time, he even gave me a coupon for my oil change.
