Finance person, Sonny, was unhinged and slammed his hands on the desk before leaving the room and yelling through the Lincoln office. Requested mgr contact me, so I could work with another sales rep. Mgr never made contact. Contacted the dealership that had said vehicle and received great service. Check KGW for articles on the history of complaints and fraud at this dealership. More

Very disappointed in the female service advisor.
