Quick write up following discussion of choice of services, very pleasant. However, paperwork showed the tech filled the Fusion Hybrid with 5 20wt oil... when the standard for the Hybrid model should be 0-20wt. I brought this to the service manager who tried to explain that it is the same and even tried to talk with other service persons by phone as to why 5-20 was what was supposed to be in the car. I got her to have the tech drain the oil and refill with the correct 0-20wt. Causes me to question their quality assurance and professionalism. Could of been a basic "mistake" as most Fusion non hybrids probably use the 5-20, but the car is easily identified as a Hybrid and was written up in the order as such. I would expect this type of error at some local quick change oil shop... not a dealership. So disappointed. I will try again... I think! Hard to decide whether I recommend or not! More
