It is currently still in service & we dont know the next steps. Went in to speak with Zac yesterday and waited 45 min until it turned 5 because the receptionist said he leaves at 5pm. I did NOT expect this with a car from the dealer even if it was a used vehicle. For this kind of service, treatment and outcome of the vehicle I should have bought it from craigslist if I knew this was the outcome. They said i have to pay out of pocket now to fix the car. It’s an engine problem, Cadillac converter so many other things with it. So upsetting. More

Complete lack of service.
